The Rakkor and Solari, I think are allies?
Considering Leona will one day lead the Solari as a leader, is it possible that she could get married to an Elder Rakkor Leader? To form a type of alliance? Could that Elder Rakkor be Pantheon in the future? Or someone else?
That is not how it works, at least, not how we have seen it function so far.
Leona is the Avatar of the Sun, the living embodiment of all that the Solari worship. She is a symbol, an icon. I seriously doubt she would be pushed into a marriage, as it would taint her sanctity.
Also, the Solari are a religious sect within the Rakkor civilization, so yes, they are allies.
