@Reav3, Hey with the new lore changes to Noc does this mean anything on a visual/gameplay update?

So I've been reading the new 'For Demacia' lore for a long while now and I couldn't help but notice many things about it, such as the lore suggesting things about Nocturne or at least a shadowy, nightmare-based being like him that we honestly have not seen in-game or really in anyone else for that matter. I know 10 months ago you answered a similar question but with the following things from the lore:

'Dayan’s last words were all but lost in the roars of approval coming from the crowd, but Lux finally pieced them together as Garen’s sword swept down.

The light is fading...'

At this point the lore heavily suggests to the reader that whatever is terrorizing the town of Fossbarrow may likely be Nocturne, except at point I was intrigued by the additions of nightmares being conjured from the town's unconscious inhabitants and the possession of the boy Luca by this creature. _ '“Luca?” said Lux. The boy’s swaying ceased at the sound of her voice. He turned to face Lux, and she faltered at the sight of his soulless, black eyes. A cruel grin split his face. “Not anymore,” he said.'_

This implies that this creature who I will refer to as Noc from here on out, has the ability to take over the minds of others and control their bodies, not something we see in game. And would be an interesting concept. But this next little interaction between Lux and Noc is very interesting in what it suggests!

'“Luca, this isn’t you,” she said. “Tell me, who do you think it is?” “The demon in that tomb,” said Lux. “I don’t think it was as dead as people thought when they buried Fossian.” Luca grinned, his mouth spreading so wide the skin at the corners of his mouth tore. Rivulets of blood ran down his chin. “Not dead at all,” he said. “Just sleeping. Healing. Renewing. Preparing.” “Preparing for what?” said Lux, forcing herself to take another step forward.'

This suggests that whatever Noc is, it has multiple forms, as it seems to be repairing itself from the magic within the boy and trying to rebuild its true form, would any of this lead to the making of a Nocturne VGU? Considering how the lore never goes into the detail of the creature itself, is it possible that this is a hint without a giving glimpse into the magical productions of the Studio's? I would LOVE Feedback on this matter so much it would be insane, thank you if you took the time to read this!

It was Noc, it was confirmed by RIoters.

Noc VGU will not be soon, cause he (I think) is not Tier-1 candidate and Riot need to update more horrible cases.

But, when Noc will be updated it would be pretty cool to change his E, from dot with fear in the end to Noc infest champion while doing dot-damage and able to control this champs movement. It should be very slow, kinda like Tahm's movement speed with devoured enemy, and Noc could not use this person's dashes and etc. I think there could be created cool ability from that Noc's ability to mindcontrol lesser beings, but he should keep his iconic features, like ult, fear in some way, some interesting way to lifesteal and others.

I admire the enthusiasm but hopes shouldn't be too high in case of disappointment. And I really wouldn't use the basis that an outdated champ has canon lore as evidence of possible future update. The exception so far has only been Evelynn but her teaser lore came with the announcement of the rework.

Although I've been thinking lately that after Swain's rework Riot really should tackle updating a champ not on the so called "tier 1 list" to appease those who have been begging for reworks on champs like Skarner, Fiddlesticks, Zilean, Jax or Nocturne. But that's just an opinion.
