Question about Tahm Kench/demons.

Yeah, so I'm not on Reddit, which means I wasn't able to ask a question on the AMA.

So anyway, I have a question about Tahm due to the new demon lore introduced by Eve. What we know is that Eve existed in super ancient times as a primordial, barely sentient spirit of agony. She was then made stronger and more sentient when the Rune Wars began, as she was able to feed off of the mass suffering going on. My question is, when did Tahm come into existence? Is it safe to say that the Rune Wars was the first event of mass misery as well as agony? Key word here being "first," the Rune Wars definitely could've awakened a primordial misery spirit, but was Tahm around before that somehow?
