League of legends is missing a champion with a whip as a weapon, I think Evelynn could be the perfect oportunity to add this. I personally love characters that uses whip (looking at you Catwoman, Ivy Valentine...) and I believe Evelynn could fit that niche. Evil assasin bitch that likes to inflict pain and torment with her whip. She looks sadistic imo, so a whip would match her perfectly.
While the whip fits her dominatrix outfit,it doesn't really fit into much else.
I mean don't get me wrong,I think a whip-using champion is indeed missing,I just think that Eve shouldn't be our whip-using champion.
that doesn't really fit her though. She uses her talons to rip her enemies to shreds, she's the sort to get close to you before sticking her fingers in your eyes.

while yeah we need a champion with a whip, eve is not the one, she's more of a mage kind of character and she's also melee...
I feel like someone with a whip would prefer to be at a distance. Not only that, but I feel like they're more likely to be a type of skirmisher than a slayer.
She's more of a hands on sadist.
