Davy Jones-esk skin for Gangplank, maybe Deep Terror Gangplank

There NEEDS to be a Deep Terror Gangplank with a Davy Jones reference. It has to be a legendary skin and just take my money now. When he ults it creates a pool of churning water that ghostly cannon balls fall into the water. Q is the same but with maybe a more realistic blackpowder pistol shot sound. W is the same. E can just be a badass looking barrels (or even something like a kraken tentacle sitting above a pool of water and when its shot the tentacle whips around and down into the ground making a briney splash. Passive is harder, could be a ghostly green or make the target drip with water.
