MF's new splashes is taking too long to make

IDK why but why does MF's splashes takes too long/ too much time to make. I think its 6 months+ since we receive karma's new splashes and MF's splashes was started after the production of the new karma splashes. And yeah, i know that it keeps being delayed but its been 6 months+. I think its ready now to be live with all those time and months. Specially that eve's splashes are now done. And don't get me wrong, I don't want to fasten riot up but the duration of those splashes is taking too long. I just want riot to release them already so that, my sivir, garen, lux or even skaner's classic splash needs some updated love.
