Ironside Malphite was shown on the same PBE update that Championship Kalista was in, but there were no assets, and then it got pulled out of the PBE entirely later that week
Are we gonna see what this skin looks like or something? :^(
Mr. Lubu who does cooking with Lubu commented that it's an AWESOME skin. I'd imagine it's close to finished but was planned for next patch testing or the patch after, and this string was accidentally left behind after they pulled it. Might've been some polish they wanted to add before bringing him out.
So I'd say look toward the next couple of patches for Ironside Malphite.
He's going to be a boat. Hopefully the vehicular skins continue into Train Conductor Sion.
As a malphite player. I hope he looks better than mecha malphite. That skin sucked... 
Be patient young padawan. It'll probably be in the next PBE patch.
Notice there was nothing but a few mentions of it in the text of the infodump?
This is why you don't freak out over data mined stuff. And also why they don't announce anything they're not ready to release.
It probably got into the PBE by accident. Wouldnt be surprised if it ended up being a canceled skin, like Crimson Elite Katarina.
