Would you rank her in the high end tier with Syndra, Xerath, Ryze, and Brand.
God tier with the likes of Zoe and Aurelio Sol.
Or still mid tier with normal mages like current Annie?

I'd definitely place her on the higher-tier end of magic users; not a deity, but definitely stronger than the average spellcaster.
She's Mortal so it doesn't matter how powerful you are if you can be easily killed

If Elementalist Lux is Lux at the pinnacle of what she can attain I am not impressed. Everything Lux can do I can do better. And Lux pales in comparison to a real man like Ezreal.
