Where are Lux's and Jinx's pointy ears :(

They have them in the splash arts!

They actually don't have pointy ears in their splashes. You're probably seeing the hair pieces and thinking that's their actual ears (like I did initially).

Look at the login screen, and you can kinda see it in Jinx's splash

They don't have human ears.

Jinx

Lux

Jinx's ear is clearly "normal," and there's no indication of Lux's being any different (though it is admittedly slightly more concealed).

The Star Guardian Theme Song Video shows Jinx with a pointed ear, though, so there is definitely some inconsistency.

The tip of her ear is blocked by her hair in the splash art, which is why I said you can "kinda" see it.

I don't think it's canon for them to have pointy ears, merely the artist's style when drawing human ears.

I don't think they should have pointy ears because they are normal humans. Janna and the yordles have pointy ears in their normal skins too so...
