Now that Galio's been confirmed for rework

Could his ultimate be him jumping in near location, becoming immobile like statue but in return having enhanced abilities? I know it would fit artillery more than battle mage, but I think it would fit his gargoyle character quite well If his current ultimate is not to be kept.
