Gangplank disable message spoiler why?

i was really enjoying the bilge water stories, then i log into league and get act 3 completely spoiled by Riot with the Gangplank disabled icon. Completely ruined the act 3 story, i knew who was and who was not disabled so i knew who would live and who would die. With the story completely spoiled now im no longer interested in reading more. im no longer invested or hooked by the story thanks to the act 3 spoiled snore fest.

and since when did the lore and the game sudden come together again? last i heard the lore was separated from the game. make up your mind.

The lore and game have been connected for a while. When Snowdown was a thing, the whole "Vel'Koz analyzing poros and has been disabled" shtick was the lore interacting with the game. Not to mention all of the secret interactions between the champions

Yes was kind of silly, lucky for me i readed the act 3 first (i mean shit why would play a game when lore appears?)

Frankly? That only urged me tor ead it, and to see how that would happen :D

I mean, we know how some stuff ends - and looking at the news of GP being dead sorta shocked me :O "it is impossible! what happened! how?"

to me is a really great way to increase the feel of lore into the game and to attract readers, and they did well!

it was kind of a stupid move to disable him like that, obviously the lore and character in game are related of course but i wasn't literally expecting them to disable him. the story was really well done but i am slightly disappointed his death was spoiled like that.

I agree, i was playing around 3:00 am and got suddenly spoiled as fuck by this message the day where the act III has been released. item 3070 item 3151 . Of course, they should have known that we will read the new before the story, godamnit. I'm on EUW btw T_T.
