Victorious Maokai

I think this is the fourth in row for me i get a champ with a victorious skin i dont even play, atleast they was chosen for a reason. But Maokai dosent even make sense. I feel like Maokai is a favorite when it comes to skins at riot games, he allready got a bunch of skins.

Ekko, Lucian, Viktor and Gragas is way better choices who had 10x better impact than Maokai.

Yea, I'm confuse about Maokai too and hope Riot will give their reason. I know last year people didn't want Sivir to get the victorious skin but she deserves to get one because she was heavily relevant in the competitive scene throughout the entirety of that season. Maokai this season? Not so much.
