[Blood Moon] What is the metamorphosis?

Checking the bio of new Blood Moon skins, interesting data can be found on Katarina and Yi's bios. Tryndamere tells us something quite normal by Blood Moon demons standards

"The demon Tryndamere has fully assumed control over his twinned human body, using its inhuman strength to slash gaping wounds in the veil between the human and demonic realms. Shrugging off wounds considered fatal even to other demons, his is an unstoppable, unquenchable rage that would see all things consumed by the Blood Moon."

But then Katarina and Yi's references a metamorphosis/evolution, something new and darker than before.

"An honored priestess of the Blood Moon cult, merged with the flesh of her demon as all priestesses are fated to be. Yet the descent of the Blood Moon has changed the nature of demons and humankind, and Katarina has begun her ascent into a newer, darker form."

"The cultists of the Blood Moon have begun a dread metamorphosis, as the boundary between the demon realm and the human world is rapidly erased. Yi is among those first blessed by this new darkness, the demon within his blade arm driving him to ever greater spectacles of violence."

These 2 do seem different from the rest, not only because of the red arm with beads that they share with Blood Moon Aatrox (and Tryndamere), but also because of their eyes. All Blood Moon skins until now have had blue or red eyes, but Katarina and Yi have Pink/Violet eyes, indicating that they are something else, maybe a higher fusion of demon and human.... To what extent this diferentiates from the likes of Elise, that can transform into demon or human at will due to being one with her devil without losing herself like many other demons, remains to be told.

In my opinion, this means that:

Lorewise, with being born, the new cultist are achieving an affinity with the demons unheard of before, becoming one in body and soul instead of a demonic soul inhabiting a human body and altering it.

Skinlinewise, future Blood Moon skins could turn a bit more grothesque, resembling Blood Moon awakened form, thus further mutating human champions, while also allowing RIOT to introduce non-humanoid champions into this skinline
