Retcon, and Urf

Y'know what I find funny? Urf, despite being a April Fool's joke, seems to have had the most character progression out of any champion in League.

Starting as a Manatee with an admiration for Jax, he tried to get into the League. He then gets killed off by Warwick, and finally Ascends to bring the URF mode many are so fond of. (I may be reaching here)

Also, considering he's been featured in some form or another in other champ's skins, he's been around.

So, how would the retcon have affected him? Would he still have had that admiration for Jax's skill? Will Riot ever release Urf as an actual champion? Share your thoughts.

+1 would buy RP to buy URF.

But knowing URF, he's too powerful to League. Here's an example kit:

Passive: Golden spatula of 99,999 RP

With his spatula of gold, Urf has the admiration to buy any item in the game.. He always has 9,999 gold no matter what he buys.

Q: Fish Toss

Urf tosses his fish, and his divinity causes guns from above to fire on its position. Deals 3k-10k physical damage in an area (roughly the size of Cataclysm's area) 10 second CD

W: Weapon Mastery

Passive: Urf admires the skill of Jax, and took a lesson from his book. All items have 100% increased effectiveness for Urf.
Active: Urf's attacks transcend armor and resistance. All damage from Urf in the next 5 seconds deal pure damage (The kind that goes through Tryndamere's rage, Kayle ult, Zhonya's, &c.). 12 second CD

E: Belly Flop!

Urf gathers himself and flops in the given direction. He is invulnerable during the cast and travel times. Flamethrowers are summoned from his greatness, dealing massive damage as he flops (Like Hecarim Ult size for the area). 8 second CD.

R: Ascension

Urf gets on another level, and begs the opposition to come with him. They inevitably fail, dying instantly as lightning strikes them down(GLOBAL). Urf then radiates holiness, massively damaging all enemy units and structures around him, and healing all allied units and structures for the same amount. 1 second cast time, 10 second radiation time, 60/55/50 second Cooldown (Starts at the start of the cast time)

This seems about right for the Urf that we all know and love. (Ideas taken from the URF loading screen, April 1 2015)

URF is with us still
