Please let me turn off enemy voice lines

Seriously, I'm getting pretty sick of it. Recent legendary skins, champions and champion updates have been very intrusive with their voice lines. I first started to despise this when Omega Squad Teemo would say some cringey edgy lines directly to you when you hit a shroom. The other annoying legendaries would be Project: Ashe and Star Guardian Jinx. Ashe shouldn't say anything out loud to enemies, yet it was included. It's not nearly as bad as Star Guardian Jinx though. It feels ridiculously out-of-place to have Jinx say so much nonsense every time the enemy player does anything. Seriously within 10 seconds I heard her say some stupid pun about "Stellar" twice. Keep in mind, I do not mind any other Legendaries saying things out loud. That is because they don't say things sparingly, and when they do say something, it doesn't annoy the shit out of me.

First it was Kalista. She's the one to blame for this bullshit. She has global quotes for her 'totally not forced' bonding with allies as well as any time she casts ult she says some more stupid horseshit. Then Kindred happened, and she would annoy the fuck out of me every time she says something to me. I get it, it helps me understand what their gonna try to do, but I don't want it. I would rather get a notification in the top right corner that tells me what's happening. Even then I would turn it off because I fully understand what she does. Later, Jhin was released. Seriously this motherfucker will not shut the hell up. That is the only reason I despise laning against him. I don't mind the massive early burst, or his long ranged stun and superior Caitlin ult. I don't mind him counting off his shots. But I absolutely hate it when I'm laning against him and he says some shit like: "breathe in the atmosphere" as he has 4th shot ready. It wouldn't be so bad if he didn't do this every fucking time he has one shot left. Then when I wasn't in his presence, I enjoyed it until I stepped on his trap. FUCK. A lot of the time he whispers some shit in your ear when you step on it. I abhor this shit. Aurelion Sol and Kled are... alright. For Kled, that's because I can't make out his words. All I hear is an angry rambling hillbilly. Aurelion Sol just doesn't say that much. But any time he does it is unecessary. Then came Ivern, and I swear he keeps nothing to himself. I don't mind what he says, but I do hate how much he says it. What's really annoying is when he says "once in a blue moon, the worm will best the bird" when you die. It doesn't even make sense unless he kills me, so why does he say that when he gets an assist?

Enough babbling, I'm gonna get straight to suggestions. Give us an option to turn off enemy voice lines._ I fully understand that I can mute voice lines globally to fix this, but I enjoy voice lines from me and my allies._ It's especially terrible when we are emoting and I can't hear anybody's voice lines. How about also considering adding limitations to enemy voice lines. That way I only hear from them every 15 seconds instead of every 3 seconds. Or even consider this: why not make champions like you did Jinx! Jinx will only say things to the Jinx player and nothing more. I much prefer it to be that way.

Closing note: I only mentioned the ones that actually bother me. I'm well aware many other champions and skins say things out loud. The ones I didn't mention, at worst, mildly irritated me.

TLDR; These days new champions and legendary skins say way to many stupid lines the enemy can hear. Out of all the recent Champions, need to learn to shut the hell up the most. I proposed an option to turn off enemy voice lines.
