Could the Lunari be the People Nami is Looking For?

So in Nami's lore, her people require a Moonstone to ward off the terrors of the depths for another century. They find an Abyssal Pearl and one takes it to the surface to trade it for a Moonstone with one of the humans that always is present. Well in Nami's case, she found an Abyssal Pearl and took it to the surface to find nobody. So she now seeks for whoever has a moonstone.

It seems likely that the Lunari, an all but extinct religion of the Rakkor, traded moonstones for abyssal pearls with the Marai all those years. It would make sense because the only one left is Diana so she wouldn't be able to or wouldn't know of this tradition and thus Nami wouldn't meet anyone above the water.

Of course, the only bias that they're the same people is that the Lunari worshiped the moon and Nami's searching for a Moonstone, so this isn't a set-in-stone theory.

And if this theory is true, then that means the Solari are on the verge of committing two genocides! #TaricSpeaksTheTruth
