Extremely lazy and uncreative 2017 season summoner icon rewards?

This icon is almost identical to the 2016 icon, instead of being something completely unique like it has been in every other season.

I do hope that is just a placeholder and not the actual icon, because if it is then it seems like a bit of a cop out because it's almost completely indistinguishable from the previous years.
