Champ URGOT in 7.15 ???

I will not assume but guys let the start the countdown(2 weeks prior to this day) for the urgot rework. my guts tell me he's in patch 7.15 because meddler told that eve's post should be the same with worlds patch(7.18 i think) which comes in sep/oct?? and that, there's gonna be a few patches left considering there's urgot and another new champ before eve and its a limited of time. so its like this kayn and urgot are the july highlights, new champ(or/and omega skins) highlight and sept/oct is eve and worlds highlights

Another wild theory of mine: Alongside the patch were urgots gonna be release is were the star guardians is release too considering riot is sometimes a troll and will make us believe that urgot has a SG skin. That would be fun if its real though.
