give it about 7months - 2 years... Illaoi is just now getting her first skin that isn't the one she was released with. She was released over a year ago...
Well it is likely for him to get a new skin this year. Though of course not guaranteed since Riot showed us with Illaoi that they sometimes simply overlook champions when they don't fit into their planned themes.
Probably in 2020 in between Lux skin 24 and 25
