What personality similarities do Jhin and Jinx have exactly? Will they actually work together well as a team? People usually say Jhin is a good match for Jinx, so I am wondering on what basis? Is Jinx capable of doing the same thing that Jhin does like "beautifying" random murdered women and men?
4 Step Cadence4 votesThe only similarity I see with them is that they are both crazy people with guns and kind of sort of terrorists, Jhin being used as a weapon of terror by the cabal and Jinx just blowing everything up just to prove that she can.
"I met Jinx in Zaun once.... Once."
"He thinks I'm dead. Hint; I'm not!"Long story short I don't see it. There is the whole Joker/Harley Quinn thing, but honestly Jhin would kill anyone to get his fix. They wouldn't be good on a team either. Jhin would get his 4 shots off and Jinx would either leave him to die or kill everything including him with a giant rocket. Also, I'm pretty sure no one can replicate Jhin's work. There is a certain beauty in his art that non other can recreate.
I could go on, but it is well past 5 in the morning.
"I do hope our answers satisfy your curiosities. Though, I should caution you not to pry into my mind. I wouldn't want you finding out the part I have planned for you."
Lyndris1 votesI believe the word you are looking for is 'sociopath'. The both qualify as 'psychopaths' as it is a very general term for someone who is dangerously mentally unstable.
Epicurus2 votesThey both have four letter names begin with "J". They both use guns. That's about it. I don't think they would make a good team. Jhin is meticulous, cunning and patient while Jinx is impulsive and destructive. Jhin seeks beauty. Jinx seeks chaos.
As for "beautifying" their victims, Jinx is not capable of the same feats as Jhin is, because Jhin actually has magic while Jinx is mundane.

But does Jinx have the psychological state to do the same "beautifying" murdered random women and men that jhin does? Like can she withstand that stuff or will snap? Will she be bothered by doing the thing Jhin does if in theory she had Jhin's gun and was forced by Jhin to beautify a random murdered man or woman?
Placentas2 votesJinx's purpose isn't to kill people, its to cause chaos and blow things up. If people die, oh well, but it's not her goal.

I know that, but does she have that "mental" capability of a killer that Jhin has do "in theory" perform the same beatification of a murdered man or woman that Jhin does in his teaser trailer? Or will she be bothered by doing it if Jhin gave her his gun and told her to do the same?
Epicurus2 votesShe wouldn't be morally opposed to it, but I doubt she'd enjoy it. It would be boring. Just a single gunshot and then the jobs is over. Corpses can't scream and run away and trip over their own feet, so what's the point of killing anyone?

I mean psychologically, does she have that mental capability that Jhin has of a killer to perform the act successfully? Because normal people can't do that. Or will she not be able to go through the process?
I meant to ask like a normal person, someone who is not a killer, would feel bothered by doing it to a person because normal people don't kill, but in the case of JInx, if Jhin forced her to do the same thing on a random murdered woman or man, like in the trailer, would she be able to do it without being psychologically bothered by it? Or would she be mentally OK doing it and have a giggle or laugh? Or will it bother her later on?
Epicurus2 votesOrdinary people are more psychopathic than we give them credit for. Jinx is not bothered when people die, but if Jhin forced her to kill someone, then yes I think she would be upset. That is an invasion of her free will, forcing her to do something that she ordinarily wouldn't. Anyone would be annoyed by that.

But would her psychological state allow her to do it without being startled or bothered, i.e guilt.
Epicurus2 votesGuilt? No. Annoyance? Anger? Yes. She'd probably kill Jhin just to prove a point.

so Jinx would do it but would be annoyed and angry BUT not because she feels bad for the man or woman she is going to kill and beatify but because that's not her style?
The Bearded Bard1 votesI like to think of them as Deidara and Sasori. Endlessly arguing about which version of slaughter is best: slow and methodical, or fast and exciting.
GreenLore1 votesOverall they are just shipped because they are both insane adcs with similar names.
Strawberries1 votesI literally hate this ship, Jhin WILL BE TIED DOWN BY NO ONE. He an independent serial killer.
Jinx is just too energetic. They won't get along.
