Where are the Rune Monoliths located in the League Universe?

Based on the colors and thematics of the runes, here is what I think.

Precision - Demacian City
Domination - Noxus Prime
Sorcery - Ruins of Icathia
Resolve - Border of Freljord
Inspiration - Mountains of Ionia

I made a similar post as this last week. My guesses were that; Precision looked like it could be Shurima or Demacia. Both have a similar color pallet, but Demacia is more white, blue and gold while Shurima is just mostly gold. Domination is definitely Noxus. Sorcery I couldn't figure out, but Icathia sounds like a great guess. Resolve feels like Freljord Inspiration has to be Mount Targon.
