Nobles vs poor
So about demacian nobles, for example in fiora's case, do they hire all poor people to do jobs around the mansion like cleaning, maid work etc? Or do they hire other experienced nobles?

Probably either poor people, or cleaners/maids that are very highly regarded in their field, but still not really "nobles". Seems like other nobles wouldn't stoop to cleaning other people's homes, especially since there seems to be a bit of rivalry between some families. Probably the poor for simpler services like housework/maid service, but probably get their clothing custom tailored at a special shop or something like that.
