I know its probablynot the source, but it reminded me of the octopus from Penguins and the snowglobe dragon from Neverwinter Nights.

He doesn't seem like a enemy of Bard. He says '' Pick a dimension Bard, you're confusing them. '' At least that's what I understood.

Its hard not to be arrogant when you are immortal and have the power to create stars. Makes you look down on mortals who life spans are seconds to you. But definitely the most interesting VO.

He's an arrogant piece of star dragon, first and foremost, and that should be never denied nor omitted.

But he speaks so much about love, and while he doesn't really respect anyone but his own kind, there are some who seem to amuse him or fill him with a type of wonder.

This was the biggest twist I've seen ever since a champion was announced. Everyone paint him the villain, but he's so much more.

"Love is as real a force as gravity. Try it once in a while." "Stars are wonder and love ignited." "Perhaps there is more to this world than I thought - not much, but enough." "Humanity, surprisingly adept in the art of wrestling survival from the clutches of extinction."

He is also wise. He rarely gives advice, and even more rarely you are alive to hear it, but when you do...

Summing it up, GG, 11/10, I love this champion.

He's probably talking about the darkness of space instead of Nocturne.

I think he's referring to the vague pantheon of gods (who might actually be, like... Super-advanced beings instead of actually deities?) that inhabit Targon.
