I saw a video of someone using a green taric skin, so naturally I looked it up and it says that it's legacy. I play a lot of Taric (such a cool champ), and I believe I read somewhere that skins come out of a "legacy vault" or something. Is that true and if it is when does the happen?
Legacy skins cone out of the vault during special events (like Arcade), but you can also get them through Hextech Crafting ang Mystery Gifts
Legacy skins come out of the vault all the time in the Bundles that are released every month, as well as at certain times of the year (Halloween, Christmas, ect). Like Moonboy said you can also get them randomly in Mystery Gifts, Hextech Crafting.
Thanks for the responses, I'll just need to get lucky with hextech crafting. Good thing the seasons almost over so I can get some more boxes :D!
