On release, Graves' shotgun Destiny was said to be hextech, however after his 2016 rework he now has New Destiny. I haven't seen anything that confirms or denies that New Destiny is hextech, and with the use of Gunpowder (his Q) I'm not sure if it is hextech anymore. Has this been confirmed or denied?
In their story, after the Burning Tides happening and Graves losing his precious Destiny, he and Twisted Fate set out to Piltover to find a certain but mysterious renowned blacksmith to forge him what would be New Destiny.
Taking the new shotgun will be made in Piltover, it'd probably be hextech.
Probably not, since hex tech require the souls of the bracken or hex crystal to function. Pretty sure destiny is just a normal gun that uses gun powder.
Lets just say Graves new destiny was crafted by Hephaestus/ Torbjorn/ Vulcan
