Questions about Ekko

I know I missed the Q&A, but I still have a couple questions that are bugging me (one that's bugging me; the others I'm more luke-warm about):

1.) Was Ekko around when the void cult marched on Zaun and sent Kassadin's daughter to the void? If so, is that her on his mural? 2.) Is Ekko's design a nod to No More Heroes? His design really feels like it would fit in those games, especially with his energy-paddle. 3.) Zhonya-Drive?
