i know poppy is getting a rework and thats when shell get her new splash but her current one is just way too gross.
Riot has confirmed a rework and visual upgrade. This will mostly cause most of her splash to get redone aswell
Poppy gets a complete rework(probably even this year),she'll surely get a new splash once that rework is finished.
