The second part at around 1:30 is positively wicked.
Love how it's a military march and still carries a heroic flair. True to the Motto of "Monsters of today will be the Heroes of tomorrow".
For some reason I thought it'd be a more rough theme fitting for noxus,so I was positvely surprised that the themes is rather smooth,while still feeling fitting for a military commander.
I mix of militant roughness and high-class elegance. I like it.
