There are a bunch of Factions waiting to be fleshed out, like Bandle City, Mount Targon, The Void and Bilgewater. We're all looking forward to that!
But how about some of the more obscure groups? Would you like to see the Voodoo Lands, Kumungu, Darkin or Aquatic races gather under their own flags? How about yet unheard of groups? Are there themes not yet fully captured by Valorans array of nations?

Instead of a new "faction," I'd like to see Narrative stop screwing up the ones they currently have.
I swear, it's been like a marathon of Keystone Kops-level of bungling and failure since that stupid Dev Blog. In fact, the only "successes" they've had were Azir and Xerath. And even so, THOSE two "successes" have been derped because they can't get them updated on the champion pages.
So, before we talk about adding "new" factions, I'd like to see Riot get to work finishing the ones already established.
We have enough Factions.
Develop champion connections more, I'd say. We have a lot of people who still have absolutely no connection to anything (Gnar, Nautilus, Veigar). Syndra literally lives in a flying castle as far removed from every other character as possible and has done literally nothing in the Lore but kill an unnamed "Ionian master".
A sort of Roaming Knights order.
I am, well, currently trying to build a couple of champ concepts and one of them is an Ascendant leader, once under Azir's order, but after the empire fell apart, she (the Ascendant) survived, and she built a small order that works like a resistance in Shurima, and they believed through and through that Shurima would once rise again, and it did, so they are ready to rise again (and rebuilt the empire, with Azir), but now that times have changed, they might work and act differently with Azir and everything about the empire..
While I don't know what their purposes would be for now, I think that it's a good start, and that I want to see such thing in League.
Overall it is probably going to be hard to make a new unique faction simply because the other ones are covering so many thematics.
I'd say the vodoo lands should get more representation since they actually ARE a faction already,but they are so underrepresented that no one takes notice of them.
As for new factions: well I'd say that it might actually be the best idea to make a new faction for morgana and kayle,because those 2 need a big retcon,but their backstory is tied a lot to their homeworld
Aside from that I think aztec-based faction would be cool(or if we are talking about new kinds of landscapes,then a volcano-land or forest based faction would be a possibility)

I would like to see more Darkins, it has been like a year
I think that Riot has done such an awful job with Lore recently any additional factions would water down what little they have going for them.
But in pre-retcon lore I would like to see a group of religious anti-technology zealots.
Faction that Kayle and Morgana are/were part of. Considering summoners are gone I guess they have to come up with a background that ties them to Runeterra.
