@Riot Question for your Lore Team

I've read my fair share of the League of Legends Lore, but I was curious if anywhere it explains the reasoning behind heat seeking auto attacks and skills?

Is it actively acknowledged by the Champions or anyone? The fact that someone like Vayne can fire an arrow at you that will follow you, even through walls until it hits you or that you can teleport/blink/flash and still be hit. You would think it would perhaps raise suspicion.

I think a lot of things are answered and explained in the lore, but I'm curious about the unanswered questions more. I may just be digging too deeply into a game mechanic, but I'm curious about the explanation story-wise, if there even is one.

No, purely gameplay.

Several mage attacks might make sense, but stuff like arrows or bullets are not supposed to be heat seeking, yet they are due to the game being as it is.

I think that's one of the very few gameplay elements not referenced in the Lore itself.

Best part about the game's Lore right there.

I'm sorry for that awful sentence there, but I've been up for way too long at this point and well... they really did claim they were gonna do stuff and then didn't... For reasons which were dubious at best and straight out lies at worst.
