Jhin Theory

So after reading the released color text on Jhin 's Champion Profile, and I read a bit of stuff that tickled my fancy on the Q/A. I can't exactly find the exact source, but I remember a player asking if Jhin's running off to kill Vi , thinking that the cabal that released him may have some trouble with this Pilty vigilante. A Rioter replied no, he's not exactly going for Vi, but he's going off to kill someone. After reading the color text again, it's much clearer than ever that he's sneaking around to kill Zed , more than I thought at first actually. In his color text, he's begins "looking for his friend, Zed," which gave me the impression he's just some crazy guy looking for another crazy guy, specifically the one who tried to kill him when they were younger. However, the event he's waiting to find him at is the Blossom festival.

See what I'm getting at? He's obviously going to attempt(or succeed) at assassinating Zed at the Blossom Festival they mentioned in the color text. After that, they're going to give him a contract on killing Sona , Garen and finally Vi, events that were clearly not touched on yet in the color text. However, I noticed a strange pattern with Jhin's future victims, none of them are Noxian. For a guy who has clearly said he has had "lots of performances" in Noxus straight in Darius's face, none of the champions he's aiming to kill are Noxian, the enemy of the cabal that freed him in the first place. After this, I noticed something else...

Notice how thematic he is with Roses, specifically black burning ones in his Mind of the Virtuoso video. When was the last time black roses or roses in general were subtly hinted in a Champion's lore?

In Talon 's lore! This image with the roses wrapped around the blade had the community hinted at by Riot that the Black Rose may have something to do with Talon's master, Katarina & Cassiopeia 's father! Riot didn't really note on this after either, it was just left to the community. And now with this clear pattern, I am convinced that the notorious secret society known as the Black Rose is either the cabal that freed Jhin, or somehow connected to his release. For instance, roses are literally flying all over him! His E is shaped like a flower, releasing a rose-like mark after, every body he kills gets a blooming rose upon death, his W has rose pedals in the icon and so much more! A few other hints are the fact that the Black Rose is known to supposedly exist BEFORE Noxus and possibly before any civilization in Valoran, just have closer ties to Noxus. There are also four notable members of the Black Rose, Swain Leblanc Vladimir & Elise, and we all known Jhin's relationship with the number four.

Edit: For a little bit more evidence, imagine Jhin's release in this context: _With the Black Rose's new subordinate, The Golden Demon Jhin now released from prison, they can begin his bigger work. First, they will assasinate a dangerous and shady force within Ionia, Zed, the leader of the Order of the Shadow. Next, they will aim at a strange yet particularly dangerous Demacian-Ionian woman named Sona, known publicliy as a talented musician and wielder of a strange and powerful weapon, having killed her mother as a child. Next is one of their most rivaled enemies, Garen, a strong force among the Demacians and the one who foiled Leblanc 's plan of replacing JarvanIV and killing him (only speculation that LeBlanc was behind it, but it's very likely). Lastly, Vi, a Pilty woman with a mysterious and unknown past (to us, at least) known as being a strong vigilante figure in Piltover. _

Hope this speaks out to someone, any thoughts or ideas about the theory?

I really like this theory actually. I would have liked to see a special interaction with one of the Black Rose champions to maybe fill this out. There aren't any as far as I know. I think you could make a good case as to why Jhin would specifically target each of these four champions, even if contracts weren't involved however.

Zed - previous history/the one who was closest to killing Jhin Garen - Want to show your art off to the world? Take down a giant target. Bonus points for the Romeo and Juliet thing with Katarina Sona - The only character who gives actual performances in front of crowds. Jhin is jealous that someone could be a better "performer" Vi - Has a very troubled past and seems to be a conflicted character within herself. She's torn between the order of what she now represents as a policewoman and the former past she had as a miscreant. Something wholly embodied by Caitlyn and Jinx. Vi is stuck right in the middle and unsure which way to fall.

All nice and well, the reasons though... There are far more powerful champions to kill instead, if the aim is to do such thing. I think reason why is still missing

would make sense, noxus free's someone who can and wants to assassinate VERY strong forces in each of it's rivaling powers.
