Well on Surrender@20 it says it's some sort of kickoff for the LLN. So don't get your hopes up just yet.
Chem-tech Tryndamere or Urgot rework (probably the latter).

The GIF has a note saying May 29th.
They wouldn't release a new champion one month after the last one.

According to the leaked Urgot rework his ult made him immobile and has a metal hook that's an assured kill, or whatever the guy had said.. :p I think its urgot

I honestly feel like it looks like Leona's shield, but otherwise it's Urgot's face
Looks more like a skin, we have yet to see any champion with that kind of style in base. The metal just seems off to me.

Since this looks a lot like Riven's blade we can assume the teasers are Demonblade Yasuoa nd Angelblade Riven.
