Can't Zilean go back into the past and prevent Quinn's brother from his death? Just wondering. I know Runeterra is a fictional and mythical world but would Space Time Continuum apply there also? Is there a universe, a galaxy, a space in the lore and is runeterra a spherical planet like Earth?
He can't time travel. He's only immortal because of a time sickness he got from working with time magic. Only Ekko can time travel.

Only ekko can travel back and only for short periods so he wouldn't be able to go that far back... also everything and everyone is affected by the time travel but ekko himself (he retain as he was on the present) so for everyone would be a do over doing exactly they did last time without any memory of a deja vu whatsoever, ekko in the other hand would have to travel back to the preset time by letting time pass which would mean several years of his life. As for what theory applies, so far it is based on the premises that you rewrite whatever you do on the past.
