For me, I think I'd find some place to put 
's Demacian standard. Maybe on his back or something. I mean, where does he pull that thing out of, his pants?
Or maybe I'd change it so that when 
used his ult, he and his in range allies actually start to glow. It would be nice to get a visual of his ult so it feels like I'm doing something.
I'd make everyone look like

Spirit guard udyr should be classic udyr visual update. Bloodlord Vlad too.

I'd give Xerath better particle effects on his ultimate to really make it feel like he's raining arcane devastation down upon you and your team. Right now I feel like I'm firing a peashooter at people.

when he blocks with his passive he has an animation where he actually blocks the attack.
This yordle's splash art looks amazing, the in-game look..its okay but it doesn't look as stunning as the splash art. I'd probably change his face to match the splash art since I prefer that over how his face looks
(Either that or change his ears because they really confuse me..)
