Hey Riot!

Just throwing it out there... I may be one of a very few groups of people who have spent a chunk of money on this game... however I have an idea.

PURELY COSMETIC: An animated Summoner Icon for anyone who have spent an excess of 4,000 USD on this game. Just to show support. :D

Probably wont happen since people are too stubborn to allow it, but just a suggestion!
