Jarvan hasn't received a skin since Warring Kingdoms came out on February 8, 2013. We're creeping up on 5 years without a skin. I don't really include the 2014 Fnatic Jarvan skin, a 750. Even with that included, it's been over 3 years. Any potential for a new skin with this champion?

Actually his last skin was Fnatic J4 in 2014. So it's been closer to 2 1/2 years
Riot cannot say what they are or aren't working on.
We might see one though since they said many of them that haven't gotten skins in a long time are on their list.
