Anyway I really doubt it. The quote about kindreds origin might reflect their development progress,but thats about it.

remember that Kindred is to be ancient and there is nothing that indicates that they can time travel(also bard can't actually time travel,at least we have no info about that)

And well not everyone had to face jhin,his victims might had to face him(and not even all of them since jhin is a sniper),but thats about it. Also since jhin wears a mask it should be easy for him to gain social contact again if he wanted to,after all most people don't know how he even looks.
