Why is Kai'sa's name like this?

The ' was a thing for void creatures like rek'sai, vel'koz, kha'zix, but actual humans who have interacted with the void have normal names like Kassadin/malzahar,so my question is, why is she named Kai'sa and not Kaisa or a completely different name altogether?

My guess is that she stopped using her actual name and instead goes by the name of the void symbiote in order to avoid/forget her human side

Maybe she adapted her name from Kaisa to Kai'sa to better fit in with the creatures of the void. Probably will learn more once the short story drops.

We don't know her lore yet. Just because she looks like a human doesn't have to mean she is one.

Well there are several possibilities:

  1. kassadin just happened to have a thing for old names and gave his daughter a name in the old style(they don't just name void creatures like this in shurima)

2.She adopted the name after she became lost in the void, maybe it holds some sort of meaning in the ancient shuriman tongue?

3.The name might actually be a combination of her old name and the symbionte?

Because she was born in the Void , Malzhar and Kassadin names aren't with ' because they weren't both there

How do you think how did the creatures got their names ¿ icathians named them soo kassadin being shuriam they have the same accent .

Maybe 'sa is part of her suit''s name, like Rek'sai and the Xer'sai
