For me it's Corina Veraza, she has such a distinct theme and place in Runeterra that I genuinely believe she has a massive chance of becoming a champion in League of Legends.
Her theme is a Zaunite botanist, which is something I actually made a post about a year ago in Concepts and Creations!!
First off, I'm sorry your post is getting downvoted by bots yet again. Now, I'd want to see more of the Bale Striders (aka She Who Wonders and They Who Endure) to see wtf are they exactly and their possible connection with the Frostguard.

We are in need of a chembaron champion and she could fill that role, also it would be nice to have a bio-engineer in the game. Singed does bio-engineering in his lore (Warwick), but he doesn't show that in his gameplay at all.
Cithria. Not only does she already appear in the lore prior LoR, but she seems to be a grey Demacian regarding magic, leaning white, which would be quite nice considering Lux is the only protagonistic Demacian of the sort. Also the storytelling through her cards is interesting and seeing it expanded in another media/format would be nice as well.
