For those of you that read Shadow and Fortune: Chapter 4 you might know what I'm talking about.

The description fits, however, aparently Hecarim was riding his horse when he died... and it was during the incident of the Blessed Isles.

Maybe that person is a brother of Kalista or someone else from their kingdom.

it could be the ruin king or anybody in his army because Hecarim was a general in his army meaning a lot of different people can have silver and gold armor.

Kid in Kindred's splash art has a crown however.

I'm pretty sure Hecarim wasn't a king.
