Whats taking the delay? Season 9 log in theme is on the pbe yet theres no sylas login screen?

they are more focused on the Chinese lunar event log in i believe.

They might not have one. There is a 2019 login as well as the lunar revel.

There is currently some speculation that Sylas' splash is going to be updated to an edited version, which contains a spoiler for the upcoming lore update. This would of course also affect his login screen. All of this stuff would be revealed and released with Sylas. ...Or the login could just be late like Kayn's.
