Needs an update right? His model didn't change since his release in 2009 and he clearly needs an update
Please riot!!! I hope in the next roadmap we could see him as the next candidate. If the next one is irelia, i'll riot, riot!! cause you didn't stick from what you said about no back to back champions >:(
also needs a VU, his Beard looks like a clued on Plastic Cone.
Looking at new Champion Visuals, like 
, i just know we can make ´s Hair and Beard great again.
His model is just as outdated and he fulfills all points you made for Nunu as well.
Role: Jungler (no overlay with the roles top and mid) Faction: Shurima (no overlay with Swain who comes from Noxus) He has a friendly theme, not dark like last releases.
So, please Riot, make Rammus OK again!
EDIT: And I have to point out that Irelia is possible since it isn't really back to back. Irelia is most likely a top laner, while they could rework Swain to be a mid laner primarily. It already happened in the past. We got Galio, who was designed for the positions top and mid. Then we got Urgot, another top laner. But it didn't really matter, since Galio is a mid laner as well.
How many Nunu threads are you going to make? Why would Irelia being next be a back to back candidate?
I think Nunu needs more than just a VU, he needs a full VGU.
I'm fine with him being in-lane, but he needs to be interactive there. He can't just wear me down with constant E's, and then heal back whatever I deal to him with his Q. His Q needs to lose something. Either the heal or the high true damage.
Nunu is already high on the list for champs that need a VGU that ChampUP keeps.
