I lose Faith in Riot... Not prioritizing HIGHLY REQUESTED VGU'S and they're not loyal to their words

First of all, down vote me if you want but i'm just stating my personal insight/opinion and facts about VGU's

The thing is that, why give the spotlight of NUNU, Morde and Pant to someone who is still being played until today, even one of my friend mains irelia until now and uses her even in rank( I'am not even from NA so don't question it). Another is that, even if irelia is not popular in NA, does riot have surveys that irelia is unpopular in other regions?? Even if irelia's kit is bland, is she the only champion with a binary kit? speak for nunu mains...

Secondly, why have another laner(top) grab the next spotlight?? Wow, rule breaking riot!! goddamn rules.. slapping me with this rules ( no back to back lane/position/faction) in my face in my nunu thread months ago and why now break it? We all know that swain should be played mid/top after his VGU so why give a laner the next role. I have been crushed.. really crushed with this... Lastly, Why give another serious character a rework again? we need more bubbly or friendly champions next like nunu or rammus you know... tsk.

This is a rant for riot not keeping their promises about rules... There are even sketches of nunu, morde and pant circulating around the net and you still didn't choose or make inspirations for them, ah well beats me riot.. -heavy opinion about riot driven by my emotions ahead- Ah maybe you didn't make them the next one because you're busy stealing the ideas of the community and insist that these ideas are your own after publishing a champ 2 years from now! :P. sorry for my words if its too offensive. Thanks for listening..

I can't wait to to see the next roadmap again(maybe after the new champs release bcause they said more VGU's next year). i hope its nunu this time... Time will tell...

Sorry but how is Swain-Irelia breaking the back to back rule? They're from different factions and have different classes. Irelia is only being played as a top laner right now while Swain can go Mid or Top. If your problem is that Swain can go top so Irelia shouldn't be next that's kind of an unjustified reason to be mad.

VGUs arent chosen off of popular demand and are chosen whenever Riot has a strong and resonant direction to take the rework otherwise we end up with the likes of the class reworks

The main concern is why they dont give priority to who has the worse models instead of their role

They never promised they'd only rework champions in different roles/positions back to back. It's more of something they hope to shoot for in order to diversify VGU releases, rather than a strict rule. Besides, Swain is still mostly a mid laner, not to mention most champions in need of VGUs are top laners/junglers anyway.

Swain is a midlaner noxian battlemage, Irelia is an Ionian top laner, Im bummed by Irelia, she is just rioters fav because they think of her more than Nunu and lets face it, thematically is more interesting than Nunu :(

The roadmap says that the next new champion's gonna be bubbly and non-edgy, and Evelynn just got reworked and she's a jungler.

Irelia and Swain ARE highly requested though. Your anecdotal evidence holds little weight over the picture as a whole.

Nunu definately needs it, but he's not in need of it MORE than others. Nunu is playable and moderately popular at all levels, whereas Swain is slightly played. But what's an Irelia? Is it similar to an Aatrox? Some sort of new Pokemon?

Well... I'm hopeful that this means we will have true Noxian and Ionia Lore Updates on the horizon. I've always felt Irelia was the stronger candidate for the Ionian Regional Update if it was between her and Akali.

I'm a little suspicious that skin pool size is playing a factor in VGU selection. Nunu does possess a higher amount of skins to be reworked and could easily get shuffled behind Volibear in the next selection after Swain.
