Kog'maw's texture update while not making him look quite like his new splash has definitely given him a bit of polishing I didn't even know he needed. I'm just wondering if Cho'gath will receive some love in the same way, making his textures a bit less flat if you know what I mean. The new splash Cho received kinda just got me a little hopeful is all :P.
More likely he'll get a full-blown visual upgrade.
He doesn't need a TU, he needs a full out VU!
I wish he'd get one of those mini 'clarity' TUs to help with the wait, though. His VU is still a decent ways out from what we've heard, and what they did to 
and 
really made them look nice compared to how they previously looked, even if it was largly color changes.
He needs a full VU,but it was said that that is still far away,so it is not unlikely that he'll get a texture rebalance like kog'maw(there is a difference between TRs and TUs,TUs change a bit more than TRs like the one kog'maw got)
Honestly, anything right now would be good for him. His icon looks nothing like his actual model, which makes spotting him on the mini-map needlessly tricky (the same could still be said for Kog'Maw, but that could be fixed with more grey) and his splash art is incredibly distant to the way he currently looks. Unfortunately anything good for Cho seems to be a long way off.
