Is Gragas a Dwarf or a Human?

Apart from his big size all the other things that he has describe 100% dwarven characteristics, i've read his lore but it does not say anything about his race, the only thing i understood is that he was either a dwarf or a human and he grew larger because of the magical booze

He is a human,however he was originally planned to be a dwarf,which is why he looks so similar to one.

Overall League doesn't seem to have dwarves or elves(though one could say that the yordles are pretty much lols dwarves)
