Championship and Victorious Skins
I was just Wondering how the victorious skins and championship skins get chosen its been on my mind for a while. Does it go by popular champions or is it just something that just gets voted on by the creation team?

Sukishoo2 votesThey are normally chosen for Champions that preform well during the LCS. They'll either have high pick/ban rates during the games.

I believe Victorious are given to a champion who made the most impact of the season. Example: Morgana has always been a mid champ until Season 4 came when people started moving her to bot lane as a support, thus creating a new meta of mages supports (Brand, Annie, etc). While Sivir has an ult that can make or break a team fight in Season 5.
I believe Championship goes out to a popular champion that's from the LCS/tournament.
Personally, I hope Karma gets the victorious skin and Zed gets the championship.
