They're just kinda... dated, I mean, the models are fine for the most part, could use some minor touch ups, but overall they're ok. With Frost Queen the real problem is the abilities, they look like they came out of season 2, it's just horrendous to look at, her ultimate is exactly the same as in her Classic skin but with just a few white specks put in to make it look like snow. Now with Hextech, for a 750 RP skin it does fine, but what with Hextech Annie and Galio's Hextech skin getting a very, very nice upgrade for his rework, hers is just kinda lackluster. It's in general a boring skin and I would rather use her Classic most of the time. Also the Splash Arts for both of them, while nice to look at, don't match League's current art style since they both come from League's "anime years" where all the art had an anime style to it.

Aren't some of the splashes from China?

I think she needs a VGU. A lot about her is outdated.

I love the way hextec looks at least in the splash art. And as for frostqueen I have her and she does lack a bit of flair.

Hextech Janna is a 950 skin though. I just re-rolled the shard a few days ago. I would have considered getting the skin via shard, but none of the abilities or anything were different so I cashed it in for orange ess and got that BBQ Olaf skin.
