It doesn't look good at all and happens with all his skins. Or does someone actually like it?

Can you give the time at which you are seeing shaking?
If you are just talking about the passive movement of his head while he walks, attacks, and even breaths, that is actually a result of GOOD animation. He is moving and his head would not likely stay static, especially given his exaggerated anatomy.
Okay, I see it now, but only after I maximized the video and leaned in to my monitor.
Yeah it is enough that they should fix it, but it is small enough that I expect that they already plan on fixing it before he goes live.
