Kayle teaser in the new demacia story?

As we all know there is the Veiled lady in the demacia lore where people of demacia recognizes her as their God. Its like Nagakaburos to Illoai/bildgewater as to Veiled Lady to Demacia. My one theory in LOL is that the veiled lady is in fact kayle. Because Kayle and people of demacia embodied the Justice factor, like totally. And now that kayle and morgana's VGU are incoming, their lore retcon is pretty much months away. Maybe demacian people got the teachings and values of kayle and made it their rules and regulations. To support my theory, kayle and Morgana is in fact in demacia now based on the runetera map in the universe site.

So this is the teaser that I was talking about,

So who is she? Is she in fact kayle? why are they honoring her laws? to much questions...

She is a pronoun used for some technically genderless terms like countries, ships etc.

Like "Japan is a beautiful country. She is full of culture!" for an example.

"She" is refeering to Demacia as a nation.

I hope they make her an Inquisitor, the veiled Lady could be Kayle, as she's actually wearing a helmet.

August said that Kayle will keep her full-armor and helmet basic look so probably she's not Veiled Lady And ofcourse both Kayle and Morgana are going to be related to Targon ( Thx God )
