@Riot, Does Mordekaiser have any direct descendants? If he does, how many?

Pretty much like the title says. I have always wondered if Mordekaiser has any descendants, considering he was a warlord rivaling against many tribes for a long time. I figured that he might have left some descendants (be they direct or indirect) behind to further expand his rule. Then, the argument could be made that he never needed any descendants because his plan was to live forever, hence the necromancy magic that was performed on him so that he could never truly die. There is also a chance that Mordekaiser had many concubinages (sexual relationships that were not tied to marriage), which then resulted in him going full Genghis Khan style and spreading his seeds all over Valoran.

That being said, it would be interesting if Riot were to actually introduce a direct descendant of his that would present themselves as the true sovereign of the Immortal Bastion, or perhaps even the whole of Noxus. A little far fetched, but it would make for an interesting story.
